As soon as you register for your personal account, you will receive access to the General Terms and Conditions in advance as a client or service provider.

The legal framework is made up of the contractual relationship of Seewara with (1) the clients subject to accounting, (2) the service providers with Seewara and (3) the contractual relationship of service providers and clients in the context of their networking.

The terms and conditions and contracts for commissioned data processing provided by Seewara can be used as a legal framework for successful cooperation in accordance with (3). Service providers, on the other hand, are free to use their own contractual terms and conditions as the basis for the business relationship with clients, which must be regulated separately. Seewara will be indemnified against all claims in this regard and in the event of breaches.
