The range is constantly being expanded. Seewara will initially be offered in Germany. Other countries will follow.

  • 1 subscription packages with a limited number of accountable receipts. Non-binding sales prices (RRP) net plus VAT within the meaning of European antitrust law in accordance with the GDPR and TFEU.
  • 2 Tax consultant support can be booked as an exclusive extra service in 15-minute time units. Specialist advice from Seewara independent tax advisors with a doctorate for your individual, confidential consulting needs.
  • 3 Auditor support as an exclusive extra service bookable in 15-minute time units. Specialist advice from Seewara independent auditors for your individual, confidential consulting needs. In general, companies above a certain size must undergo a financial audit. This is the case if two of three criteria are met: Balance sheet total over six million euros, annual turnover over twelve million euros or more than 50 employees working for the company.
  • The enquiry, offer and networking with service providers (accountants, tax consultants) are decisive.
  • Networking creates a contractual relationship between the client and the service provider, while the registration of an account creates a contractual relationship either between the client and Seewara or between the service provider and Seewara.
  • Seewara recommends without obligation the legal framework offered for the contractual relationship between the client and the service provider.
  • The offer of the respective service provider, which is visible in the Marketplace (“Team”) before enquiry and acceptance (“Networking”), is also decisive here.
  • “Select” takes you to the app interface for registering a client account. Service providers (accountants, tax consultants) alternatively select the “Service provider” type.
