How do I get an account as an accountant?

You go to the registration page and register your personal Buchhalter account.

What you need to do

  1. In the registration form, enter your email address and your desired password. Then select the ‘Accountant’ account type. Please also let us know how you found out about us and confirm that you accept our terms and conditions and privacy policy.
  2. You will receive an email to activate and confirm your account. Click on the activation link in this email. You can then log in to your account for the first time.
  3. Security is very important to us. That is why you will be given the option to create so-called key pairs in the following screen. These allow you to access your account exclusively via your browser. If you use a different browser, you will have to transfer the key pairs after logging in. The instructions for this will be displayed in a different browser after registration. Follow the steps.
  4. Once you have created the key pairs, you will be taken to your account interface as an accountant for the first time.
  5. the navigation on the left-hand side. The profile icon is located in the header on the right. Clicking on this will take you directly to your account settings.

About the module functions

We refer to the functions within the software application as modules. We have deliberately kept these very minimal in order to give you a clear view of the essentials. The essential thing for you is managing your clients. To do this, you will find the filter function for clients in the header of your account view.

How do I network with clients?

Clients select a service package in their profile. They can then connect with an accountant of their choice. To do so, they request an accountant of their choice in the team view. The person accepts this request according to their preference. Both parties then connect on the basis of legal and security principles. This is done with just a few clicks, making it simple and intuitive. This means that you as an accountant cannot directly request clients. However, you can recommend SEEWARA software to clients and then network with them. In the near future, we will provide you with a recommendation function in your accountant account for this purpose. You can use this to invite clients in your network to SEEWARA and network with them exclusively. Detailed instructions will follow as soon as we have developed and published the function.
