How do I get an account as a client?

You go to the registration page and register your personal client account. The term ‘client’ is the general term for customers from the point of view of accountants, tax advisors and auditors. That is why we also use these terms.

What you need to do

  1. When registering, enter your email address and your desired password. Then select the account type ‘Client’, which is already preset. Please also let us know how you found out about us and confirm that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions and privacy policy.
  2. You will receive an e-mail to activate and confirm your account. Click on the activation link in this e-mail. You can then log in to your account for the first time.
  3. Security is very important to us. That is why you will be given the opportunity to create so-called key pairs in the following mask. These allow you to access your account exclusively via your browser. If you use a different browser, you have to transfer the key pairs after logging in. Instructions for doing this will be displayed in a different browser after you have logged in. Follow the steps.
  4. Once you have created the key pairs, you will be taken to your account interface as a client for the first time.
  5. On the left-hand side, you will find the navigation. In the header on the right, you will find the profile icon. As soon as you click on this, you will be taken directly to your account settings.

About the module functions

We call the functions within the software application modules. We have deliberately kept these to a minimum in order to focus on the essentials. The essential feature is the upload of documents. That is why you will find the function for entering new documents in the top right-hand corner, next to your profile icon. Try it out right now.
